i actually also tried laksa from lee wee and crave via grabfood. the former actually ok, the latter best described as watered down to me.
another realisation was that laksa is chinese food. ok peranakan. thats why all these laksa stalls are chinese. and mostly not halal. and lots of malay stalls sell long tong , mee siam and mee rebus but not laksa. ok i a bit slow. and mountain turtle.

*shout out to them. and the michelin guide. its surprising. and surprisingly good. for something without santan. its really interesting.
and a btw -> they also sell a interesting mee siam with fruit juice instead of sugar+assam.
